This is a three bedroom house upstairs and the basement has been turned into a roomy two bedroom apartment with separate entrance. Very well maintained home. There is a large fenced in backyard with gardens around the perimeter and good sized front yard. It has a double driveway and a single car garage. The house has had extra insulation installed and thermal windows, so the utility bills are quite reasonable.

We would like to rent out the whole house to one tenant that possibly has family that could use the basement apartment and split the rent and utilities. We don’t want separate unrelated families to avoid conflict. Or use the whole house for lots of room.

Absolutely no smoking or pets as the owners will eventually use this as there retirement home and have allergy problems. The owner has maintained this home very well inside and out and expects the tenants to use the same care.
